How a safe deal works

📝 What is it

Safe deal (эскроу) — это когда покупатель платит, но деньги не сразу попадают продавцу. Они замораживаются на защищённом счету сервиса до тех пор, пока покупатель не подтвердит, что получил товар. Только после этого средства перечисляются продавцу.

2Make the payment — деньги замораживаются, продавец видит, что оплата состоялась

3Seller fromправляет или передаёт товар, вы его получаете и осматриваете

4You click «Получил — подтвердить», и деньги перечисляются продавцу

🛡️ What if something goes wrong?

⚠️ If the item did not arrive or does not match the description — вы можете fromменить сделку, и деньги вернутся вам.

⏱ Если прошло больше 10 дней после оплаты, а вы не подтвердили получение и не fromменили — средства автоматически перечисляются продавцу.

🤝 В спорных случаях рабfromает support сервиса — статус «Спор» (dispute).

💰 Fee & timing

Service fee for a safe deal: 1% — it is deducted from the seller amount.

Деньги «заморожены» до 10 дней (если покупатель не подтвердил получение).

Delivery: самовывоз, курьер по городу, Mail России или пункт выдачи — на выбор при оформлении.

❓ FAQ

Обычно до 10 дней. Если покупатель подтвердил получение — money is transferred to the seller immediately. Если за 10 дней не подтвердил и не fromменил — the money goes to the seller automatically.

On the deal page click «Cancel and refund». If the payment was — the money will be returned to the buyer (instantly in demo mode, with YooKassa connected — per the payment system rules).

The seller adds the delivery cost to the deal at checkout. Method (самовывоз, курьер, Mail, ПВЗ) you choose at purchase — the final amount is shown before payment.

Do not confirm delivery и message the seller via the deal chat. Если не договоритесь — open a dispute («dispute»), support will review the case and refund the buyer if they are right.

Sign up and post an ad (или зайдите в «Моё заведение» для тарифов). After the deal, money minus the fee 1% is transferred to your payment details from settings.
